Volunteer With Us
We welcome anyone who has skills, time, and genuine commitment to community service. Volunteering with Razwa means working directly alongside the people we serve — not from a distance.
We support local and international volunteers. We provide housing guidance for those travelling from outside Busia, and full orientation before any programme work begins.

Zakat & Sadaqah
Razwa Foundation is a valid recipient of Zakat and Sadaqah. Your obligatory and voluntary giving can be directed here to serve orphans, the poor, and the vulnerable — fulfilling both the letter and the spirit of Islamic charitable giving.
Zakat
Zakat (2.5% of qualifying savings held above the nisab threshold for one lunar year) given to Razwa Foundation supports our work with the poor, orphans, and the needy — all valid Zakat recipients under Islamic jurisprudence.
Please consult a scholar if you have questions about your specific Zakat calculation or eligibility of recipients.
Sadaqah Jariyah
Sadaqah Jariyah — continuous charity — given to fund a borehole, a mosque, or a Quranic school will continue to earn reward as long as those assets serve their communities. These are among the most powerful forms of ongoing charitable investment.
